Do you create home-made quality food served with flair?
As a seasoned veteran of the Casual/Sandwich Diner/Café sector, I have had over 30 years experience in developing outstanding quality food and niche products. Then training the staff on how to make them. I can do this for you.
Following on, I along with my wife opened “Thanks for Franks” Luncheonette in Soho. This proved to be a huge success.
We opened other retail sites in “Liberty” Dept. Store in Regent St. as well as in the exhibition halls of Earls Court and Olympia. We were shortlisted for “Best Independent Sandwich Bar” 2009-10-11 in addition to this I won the Best Sandwich Designer London Region 2009-10.
I won the English Provender Chunky Tomato Chutney.
